Training Levels
We support students at different stages of development, and each program can be adapted to match the student’s ability, confidence, and personal goals. This ensures training stays safe, structured, and progressive—so every student improves step by step without feeling left behind or pushed too fast.
Beginner:
Foundations, confidence, safe introduction
Students learn the basics of movement, fitness, and discipline in a supportive way. Sessions focus on correct form, simple routines, and building confidence while introducing training structure and healthy habits.
Intermediate:
Improved strength, skill development, consistency
Students begin training with more intensity and structure. We focus on improving strength, stamina, coordination, and technique, while encouraging consistency, self-control, and goal-based progress.
Advanced:
Higher conditioning, refined technique, strong discipline
This level is for committed students ready for higher performance. Training is more demanding, with stronger conditioning, sharper technique, control under pressure, and deeper focus on discipline, respect, responsibility.
